What a good simple free excursive for a women to lose wight on her thighs and stomach?? I tried running and situps but they did not work for me . I need a excursive that won't cost me any money . please help btw i don't have the fitness channel so don't just tell me to watch it

You could try an exercise program like the P90X which also comes with a nutrition plan and is good for losing fat and toning up. It does cost money though. If you want a free plan try the workout programs on this site:
