Ab Workouts & Cardio… to lose stomach fat?
I am 14, and I really want to lose my stomach fat. If I do 10-15 minutes of ab workouts(crunches, etc.) in the morning, eat healthy, and then swim practice for 1 hour, how long will it take do you think? Also, Is doing ab workouts as a 13 year old ok? I think I have all the right elements…crunches, healthy diet, cardio…what do you think about how long it will take? Thanks so much
also, im not fat at all, i just have a kinda chubby stomach…

Diet is the KEY to fat loss
crunches dont burn off stomach fat, u cannot target fat loss to a specific area.
cardio helps with fat loss, but a good lower cal diet is essential, much more so than exercise
u wanna lose fat? then change ur diet. bottom line
